Use the contact form below to begin the process. After completing this form, you will receive an email response within 1 business day asking for a time and date to schedule a conference call. The purpose of the call is to gather information regarding the magnitude of the project in order to provide an accurate quote for the project. The information gained from the questionnaire will also allow us to provide links to sample web pages to get a sense of the design properties (i.e. color, font, and other visual elements) you like.
Initial Phone Call
During the call, we will discuss a variety of questions concerning the goals and outcomes for your website. Its imperative that we collect information regarding critical components and functions needed for your website.The purpose of the questionnaire to gather information and to gain insight into your vision for the new website.
We Send You a Proposal
After the initial phone call, an email will arrive within 3 business days with a proposal attached. The proposal will contain a clear and detailed account of the nature of the work to be done, details of the services requested, and a quote for the cost of the project discussed during the initial phone call. After reviewing the proposal if given the green light our company will begin the work. It is important to note that no money will be due or collected at this time nor will any contracts or paperwork be signed. This step simply allows us to move forward with the Free MockUp offer.
Mockup
After agreement to the proposal, you will receive a Home Page Mockup within 4 business days. If needed, we will make the necessary revisions to ensure your satisfied. Once the Home Page Mockup is complete and if you make the decision to move forward then a contract will be signed. This contract will be reflective of the terms and services provided in the proposal. However, if you review the Home Page Mockup and determine not to move forward that’s fine too. You will still walk away with a better understanding of what you visual elements you can use to help turn browsers into buyers.
